The NFL draft is in less than 3 weeks and everyone is lying. Speculation is rife that the Cardinals, along with new coach Kliff Kingsbury, want to take quarterback Kyler Murray of Oklahoma with the top pick. This becomes a problem for the team, as she has just swapped a choice between the 3rd and 5th rounds to win 5 places in the first round of the repechage last year to take QB Josh Rosen.
We heard all the rumors about the projects in Arizona if that happened. They are apparently looking to make a first-round pick, unless they actually plan to take Murray. Teams are not interested unless several teams have already offered 2nd round picks.
The Redskins lost two quarters of legs due to a leg fracture last year and Alex Smith may never return to the field. Colt McCoy is still recovering, but should be ready for off-season programs. Washington has traded for Case Keenum, but none of these QBs is a long-term solution.
We have already covered the rumor that the Redskins were openly discussing Rosen's exchange in the Combine. They were also linked to all high-level QBs and almost all mid-level QBs in this year's project. The consensus is that they will add a young QB this year, despite what Bruce Allen says. The Redskins hold 15th overall, a 2nd choice and two 3rd round picks. According to speculation, it will take at least a 2nd this year and a mid-range choice next year to acquire Rosen. But everything can change depending on the number of teams (and if the cardinals really want to move it).
Here are some of the latest rumors about Josh Rosen.
The Cardinals do not have time to choose Kyler Murray # 1:
"I'm starting to have more and more feelings with people, knowing that I do not think it will be Murray No. 1 in general," said Prisco.
For the most part, the Cardinals know they can not get a ton of value for Rosen and are not quite sure that reaching Murray will immediately guarantee success on the field. In fact, Prisco learned that it was mainly a property boom that caused the bursting of Murray-to-the-Cards rumors. It is thought that Murray could be for the Cardinals what Baker Mayfield was for the Browns, an injection of life into a currently moribund franchise, a guy who can increase ticket sales and spark people's enthusiasm for the season to come.
According to Prisco, the reactions provoked by the test ball were not so good that the Cardinals could take a different direction with their first choice.
The Cardinals do not buy Rosen and he will report on Arizona training on Monday:
Although it is the subject of widespread commercial speculation, Arizona quarterback Josh Rosen is expected to go to the start of the Cardinals off-season training program on Monday and participate in it. Some players who were the subject of commercial speculation refused to go to the training sessions.

In addition, the cardinals still have not participated in active commercial discussions about Josh Rosen. Other teams have asked questions about him, but so far, the Cardinals have not shown their willingness to trade him. Nowadays….

The Cardinals have received two offers, but are waiting for a first choice:
Todd McShay says the Redskins are the team most likely to negotiate for Rosen:
Quote here of @ McShay13 on his podcast: "If Kyler goes to 1, there's another QB of that class, Josh Rosen. Now you must know where he is going. I continue to hear Washington. They are the most likely teams. They seem to be most interested in Josh Rosen.

Benjamin Allbright also thinks that Rosen in Washington is most likely:
Washington / Rosen looks more and more like the couple, unless someone else increases his offer.
LAKE, NE, NYG …

I think a 2nd and a future mid

Cardinals could keep Rosen even if they choose Murray:
From top to minute Live: The #AZCardinals Do not consider the next week as a deadline to trade Josh Rosen (if they even decide to do it) and they could keep 2 QB for a while if they ended up appointing Kyler Murray. pic.twitter.com/Xmh8Id23im

The Redskins are always on a Josh Rosen Trade:
A team that was somewhat forgotten in Josh Rosen's speech – if the @AZCardinals select Kyler Murray- is the Washington Redskins, who does real due diligence on QB recruits despite the acquisition of Case Keenum.

Josh Rosen would be an absolutely perfect fit for #Redkins and the offense of Jay Gruden.
