The tastes of Russell wilson, Saquon Barkley, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Damien harris, Daniel Jones, Maxx Williams, Deonte Harris and Kenny golladay all have new or ongoing injuries that could cost a lot of time in some cases.

And don’t forget, week 6 marks the start of the dreaded farewell weeks. The Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers are all going to rest, so key things like Cordarelle Patterson, Alvin kamara, Corey davis and Deebo Samuel will need to be replaced. For those who think about the future, the Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, Bison Tickets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Chargers and Pittsburgh Steelers are all disabled at week 7, so adjust the waivers accordingly.

BACK TO THE RACE

KHALIL HERBERT, CHICAGO BEAR

Damien williams was the best-selling item waiver thread before week 5, but there is another Bears that needs to be added as well. Sixth round Khalil Herbert aka “Juice” overtook Williams (34 vs. 31) this week and handled the same number of hits (18).

All of Herbert’s touches were ranges, which he converted to 75 rushing yards. Chicago is determined to establish the race with Justin Champs at quarterback, Herbert therefore has an RB3 / FLEX call operating in a committee with Williams.

SAMAJE PERINE, BENGALES OF CINCINNATI

Perine led all Bengals running backs in snaps / touches with Joe mixon limited due to ankle injury. Mixon is expected to see his workload increase with the week to recover from his injury, but Perine must be listed in case the starter gets injured again.
