NFL’s Patrick Chung pleads for help for HS hockey player injured in ice crash

Star of the Patriots Patrick chung urging people to help a high school hockey player who was seriously injured in an accident on the ice … saying, “I couldn’t imagine as a parent having to deal with this.

The story of AJ Quetta is heartbreaking … athlete Bishop Feehan HS slammed headfirst into the boards in a game on Tuesday night, and it’s now unclear whether he’ll ever be able to move his body again.

School officials say he’s currently being treated at Massachusetts General Hospital … and now, Chung and others are pleading for donations to help with the boy’s medical bills.

Chung shared Quetta’s GoFundMe Wednesday on his Instagram … writing: “Crushes my heart man.”

“Anything you can do to pay for medical bills, etc.” $ 10, $ 20, s *** $ 1 is good, anything from all the people who follow me and have some kind of heart.

Chung added that he “donated my thousands” to help ease the burden on Quetta’s family.

The Boston Bruins, meanwhile, also lent their support to Quetta on Wednesday … writing in a statement, “The Boston Bruins send their best wishes to Bishop Feehan hockey player AJ Quetta.”

“We keep AJ, his family and Bishop Feehan’s community in our hearts during this very difficult time.”

Quetta’s family had initially hoped to raise $ 10,000 for her medical bills … but by Thursday morning, they had received well over $ 250,000.
