Several characters that have yet to be announced appear to be arriving at Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl after coverage of the upcoming Fighting Platform leak.

Several new playable characters have apparently been confirmed for Nickelodeon Star Brawl after the next platform fighter’s wallet leaked.

According to piercing-eyed Twitter user @EternalFlameGuy, who spotted full coverage of the game through their Nintendo eShop icon, it appears that Aang and Korra (from Avatar series) will join Star Brawl‘s roster in addition to Ren and Stimpy (The Ren & Stimpy Show). None of these four characters, however, have been officially confirmed for the game at the time of writing.

Aang originally appeared in the 2005 animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender as the only twelve-year-old Air Nation survivor who possesses the power to manipulate the winds. Korra, meanwhile, debuted in the 2012 spinoff series. Avatar: The Legend of Korra both the reincarnation and the successor of Aang. Both characters are avatars, which means they can control all elements of the world, including air, water, fire, and earth.

Fans will recognize Ren and Stimpy from the original 1991 cartoon, The Ren & Stimpy Show, who follows Ren, a sociopathic and emotionally unbalanced Chihuahua, alongside the well-meaning and simple-minded cat Stimpy. The Ren & Stimpy Show was one of the original Nicktoons, which aired for five seasons before finally being rebooted in Ren & Stimpy: Cartoon Party for Adults on Spike TV in 2003.

This box art leak is from a silhouetted version of the game’s cover, which has led fans to speculate that Aang, Korra, and Ren & Stimpy would be the last unannounced characters to join the roster. The last confirmed characters to join the fight in Star Brawl are April O’Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the original Nickelodeon CatDog character. The two new additions were announced during the Future games fair during the recent Gamescom 2021 event in their own gameplay-packed trailers.

In other related news, the official Twitter account of Star Brawl also revealed the full list of SpongeBob SquarePants moves. Fans can absorb all of the popular sponge moves, which use everything from SpongeBob’s jellyfish net and his Kah-Rah-Tay hand to his bubble blower and spatula.

Nickelodeon Star Brawl was announced in July as a platform fighter featuring characters from Nickelodeon as playable fighters in a vein similar to the popular Nintendo Super Smash Bros. series. Star Brawl will offer at least 20 iconic levels for players to take on, with over 16 characters to choose from.
