Nicolas Cage wants the cancellation just four days after his last trip in the aisles
According to court documents, Entertainment Tonight reports that actor Nicolas Cage has requested the cancellation of his lawsuit, four days after his wedding. Cage and his wife, Erika Koike, started dating last April and applied for a marriage license before getting married on Saturday. The actor has filed for divorce if the annulment is not possible.
After three months, Nicolas Cage and Erika Koike would be divorced. The news comes after the star of the "National Treasury" attempted to cancel the marriage after only four days.
In his ranking or cancellation, the actor claimed that he was too drunk when he agreed to marry Koike after a night spent drinking in Las Vegas. In addition to being too drunk, Cage, 55, cited "fraud" in court documents. He alleged that Koike, 34, did not disclose "the nature and extent of his relationship with another person" or "the nature and extent of his criminal history".

According to TMZ, Cage did not obtain the cancellation and opted for the divorce. The release reports that a county judge from Clark, NV, pronounced the divorce on Friday, May 31st. Koike had previously opposed the star's decision to cancel certain things and even asked for alimony, when their marriage lasted only four days. It is unclear whether she was able to obtain any of the foods she requested during the subsequent court proceedings. Cage representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News's request for comment.

For Cage, who won an Oscar for his role as an alcoholic and suicidal Hollywood writer in the 1995 film "Leaving Las Vegas", it is his fourth wedding. He was married to Patricia Arquette from 1995 to 2001.

Cage then married Alice Kim, a waitress working at a restaurant that he frequented, in 2004. They had a child together called Kal-El. Kal-El was Cage's second child after Weston, born in 1990 from Christina Fulton, the actor's girlfriend.
