Niecy Nash and his three-month-old wife, Jessica Betts, just celebrated their first Thanksgiving as “The Betts”.
The couple, who married in the summer after being friends for five years, spent the vacation in New Orleans where the 50-year-old actress is currently filming her show Claws.
Nash shared a few images from their vacation as the pair shared how ‘grateful’ they were for each other in a few beloved snaps.

After a short trip, she returned with a wide variety of colorful bouquets prompting Niecy to tease, “ Did you buy the whole place? To which Betts said, “ They’re all for you baby. ”
The couple then posted a selfie as Niecy captioned the photo, ‘THANK YOU,’ with a heart and engagement ring before sharing a cuddly video as they indulged in ‘Thanksgiving antics’ ‘.

“Happy Thanksgiving from the Betts. Baby says happy Thanksgiving !, Nash said as he grabbed his wife’s face, begging Jessica while she was a playful mom, which made Niecy laugh.
Nash also shared that they had Thanksgiving leftovers for breakfast as she posted snaps of their plates with country food as well as pasta and a Diet Dr. Pepper on the side.
Having been married to two men twice before – most recently Jay Tucker until their divorce in December 2019 – Nash made headlines when she announced that she had married the singer in an intimate ceremony in the court on August 29.
Speaking of the startling news that she was now in a committed relationship with a woman, the outspoken actress didn’t shy away from it.

New Chapter: Betts and Nash first met in 2015 and were friends as the Claws actress shared that something had changed in their relationship after her divorce in 2019
“I haven’t suppressed my sexuality all my life. I love who I love, ” she told People, gushing, “ She’s the most beautiful soul I’ve ever met in my life. ”
She continued, “ At one point in my life I got married twice and I love these people. And today, I love this person ”, adding:“ I did whatever I wanted to do on my own terms and in my own way.
Saying that she doesn’t feel like her marriage is a ‘coming out’, she called it ‘come into myself and be honest about who I love’, adding that it reflected who she is right now.
