Nilsa Prowant of Floribama Arrested for Broke Breasts and Break Window

"Floribama Shore" is sure to be dramatic for its third season, as one of their stars has been arrested this weekend for having lost some time in the Panhandle.

Nilsa Prowant – who has been a regular at the MTV swarm of "Jersey Shore" for two seasons – was arrested by police officers early Saturday morning in St. Petersburg after allegedly flashing spectators in public … then a blow foot in a car window. Totally at night!

According to the arrest report obtained by TMZ, officers – and a large crowd – observed Nilesa revealing her breasts from a balcony, inviting people to come and have a look.

The report says that Nilsa was informed that she was to beat him eventually, but the cops say that she became belligerent and erratic. They also said that once in her car to go home, she started to lose her … would have kicked the driver's rear window until she is breaking. This was the last drop, it seems – witnesses said that a policeman had said, "You have to leave".

She was arrested and sentenced for disorderly conduct and exposure of the sexual organs – two minor offenses. It's pretty funny, it looks like the cops would let her slip for the alleged peep show … but could not ignore the broken window. Go understand.

Officers note in their report that there was an indication that she was under the influence.

Fortunately for her, the amount of Nilsa 's bail was set at only $ 400 … and she walked freely around 6:30 am Eastern Time. It is unclear if the cameras were shooting for this incident, but something tells us that they might have been … the show would be filming, and will be airing in the fall.
