Not content with dominating only the world of video games, Mario and his friends have embarked on a new board game – The Game of Life: Super Mario Edition.
As you might expect, this special edition mixes the usual Game of Life gameplay with several Mario-inspired twists; in effect, rather than having a goal centered on making big bucks and retiring, you’re instead working toward the much simpler goal of beating Bowser once and for all.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, the first wave of units appears to be pretty much sold out across the board (no pun intended). Stores like Target allow customers to sign up to be notified when more stock arrives, and Amazon still has a few copies floating around at inflated prices.
Sounds like a lot of fun, however, it might be worth keeping an eye out for more stock over the next few months.

If only life was really about defeating Bowser and having fun along the way – we would dodge the fireballs over the brutal nine-to-five any day.
