Acclaimed third-party titles get big discounts before Black Friday starts
With just over a week before Black Friday, sales are coming quickly for Nintendo Switch. Currys has been offering packages since last week, Aldi is planning big discounts on November 27, and it is rumored that Tesco will also lead to a significant price drop.
But on a digital level, existing Switch owners can see that a new set of offerings have been launched today. With over 600 games currently on sale on Nintendo eShop, it’s easy to get lost trying to find the gems. Some titles are sold for pennies, but not all sales are created equal.
There are no first-party options presently present, they are all third-party developers, but there are some big, inexpensive names including Ace Attorney, Monster Hunter, Oddworld and more.
This is not a Black Friday sale despite the timing, although we would expect more discounts to follow in the run-up to next week. At the moment there is still a large selection of high quality versions and we have chosen our top recommendations.
