You can find and track the account on @NintendoCoLtd if you are interested; it appears to be primarily designed for a Japanese audience, although a welcome tweet has been translated into English:
“We have set up this Twitter account to distribute investor and corporate relations news from Nintendo Co., Ltd.
Nintendo’s next major financial results release is scheduled for early February; at that time, each year, the company shares its nine-month results and updates its business strategy and results for the period included. This information is not typically shared with any form of social media, but maybe Nintendo is considering changing that in the future?
