Nipsey Hussle, the alleged murderer of Eric Holder, indicted by the grand jury for murder

Nipsey Husslethe alleged killer, Eric Holder, has been indicted by a grand jury and new charges have been added … and this could have to do with a problem with the case.

The L.A. County Attorney General had previously charged the offender with 4 crimes, including premeditated murder. The AD decided to revise the case, this time by the grand jury, which charged him for the previous 4 crimes – murder, 2 counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon at fire by a criminal.

The grand jury added 2 new charges … 2 counts of assault with a gun for the victims who did not die.

As for why the D.A. chose to go to the grand jury when they had already loaded Holder, the main function is to skip the preliminary hearing. The DA's office will not say why it chose to skip the preamble – when a judge must find the probable cause of a crime for his accused to be tried – but this sometimes happens if the evidence is problematic .

TMZ broke the story … The incumbent would have gun whipped a man an hour before Nipsey's murder. Two women submitted statements to the DA's office, claiming that Holder had attacked their friend. They say Holder accused their friend of selling him "laced marijuana".
