Nipsey Hussle's sister files the tutorship file of one of her children

Nipsey HussleThe sister asked for legal guardianship of one of her children … TMZ learned.

Samantha Smith filed legal documents with the Los Angeles County Superior Court requesting guardianship of a 10-year-old child Emani Asghedom.

According to sources, Samantha thinks that the biological mother of the child is unable to take care of the child.

We are told that Nipsey cared about Emani before his death March 31st after being shot in his clothing store L.A.

Samantha testified that she took part in Emani's care throughout her life and wanted to "ensure Emani's stability and ability to maintain her current and ongoing relationship" with Nipsey's family.

Nipsey had another child, 2 years old Krosswith Lauren London. Kross is not the subject of conservation. Kross lives with Lauren.

On April 2, Samantha posted in her Instagram account a tribute to Nipsey in which she said, "I have Emani."

The judge has not yet ruled on the request for guardianship.
