VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (WAVY) – The latest updates from the second day of the Something in the Water festival.


10:06: Andy Fox, of WAVY, reports that there are additional police officers on Atlantic Avenue, at the edge of the ocean, which has been closed to traffic.

9:55 p.m.: Virginia Beach the officials say the resort area is "at full capacity" and there is "no more public parking".

Carpool vehicles and festival shuttles are still allowed in the area, as are residents, hotel guests and employees.
