Excitement was sparked today after fans spotted the Xbox Game Pass suggesting that Fall Guys would be coming soon – but Mediatonic and Devolver have since canceled the idea, with the publisher saying there was “no plan “for the game to reach the subscription service. Per ronbag on Reddit, the Xbox Game Pass Instagram account recently responded to a user who was hoping for Fall Guys on Game Pass by saying “it’s happening.” However, after the news started to spread today, the game’s official Twitter account and publisher Devolver decided to deny it.

Devolver explained to reporter Tom Warren that there was “no plan” for the popular game to come in “any form” of Game Pass – that is, the Xbox, PC or cloud versions. of service.

It is not known how the miscommunication occurred, but the Fall Guys Twitter Account called it “a little confusing”.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was a huge hit last year, after launching on PC and PlayStation 4 (as a PS Plus game). An Xbox version has never been officially turned down, but it looks like it won’t be joining the Xbox subscription service anytime soon.

We gave Fall Guys a review of 8/10, saying that “a collection of exciting mini-games and an explosion of colors under the rainbow make Fall Guys a constant delight.” The success of the game has led to a number of collaborations, with the Doom-themed costumes being the latest addition.
