The Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers will be in full play for the seventh game after the NBA imposed no suspension or fine on a fourth-quarter skirmish between the two teams in Game 6 of their semifinal series of the Western Conference.
The NBA confirmed that Will Barton of Denver and Torrey Craig as well as Seth Curry and Zach Collins of Portland would face no additional discipline after a fourth-quarter incident provoked a push and all four players to inflict technical faults.

After an offensive foul on Denver's Nikola Jokic, Collins fell on Barton's lap while there was only 6:16 left in the sixth game. Barton said that he was trying to avoid getting hurt when Curry pushed Barton to move him away to help him get up.
Barton pushed Curry back and, as the two were parting, Barton seemed to point and sting Curry in the eyes. Collins and Craig then joined the scrum and the four players were found to be responsible for compensating technical fouls.
"He waited for a few people to stand between us, and when a few people were between us, he put his finger in my eye," said Curry, who was an exception to Barton's finger. "You know what I'm saying, I can not let people put my fingers in my eyes.

Curry said that he was surprised that Barton was not ejected.
The Nuggets and Blazers will settle their series to the best of seven, tie at 3-3, Sunday in Denver. The Nuggets coach, Michael Malone, had hoped that both teams would be able to play the decisive match at full power and he realized his wish.
"That's competitive basketball in the playoffs," Barton said about the anger that reigned in the sixth game. "Some things will happen, if we are all friendly, we will not see anyone trying to win."
