The road and the cycle path between Barduvegen and Senjavegen are closed for all traffic this summer, the municipality of Tromsø publishes on its web pages

– Municipality of Tromsø, the water and pipelines change the main aqueduct to Barduvegen, Senjavegen and Fagerlivegen. In summer, construction work moves from Barduvegen and further south to Senjavegen. The zone will then be closed for all traffic. It will not be possible to walk or cycle along the area or to take the old forest road between Barduvegen and Senjavegen, reports the municipality.
The road will be closed from the beginning of August to the end of October.
– For your pleasure we use the path between Bekkevollvegen and Fagerlivegen, or between the church Hansmarka and Elverhøy, writes the municipality.
