Jan Rune Steinsland has been named the new CFO of Canadian Teekay Offshore, according to a company message on Monday.
The current CFO, Tim Cowan, will be September 3, 2018.
Steinsland has 30 years of experience in the new position of former CFO for Songa Offshore, Ocean Rig and Acta Holding.
Steinsland was educated at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business and at the University of St. Gallen.
– Jan Rune's experience in finance of several international listed companies and his deep understanding of the offshore industry make him the CEO of our company, says Ingvlid Sæther, CEO of Teekay Offshore.
