Ingrid Lunde and Oda Ulveseth went to the quarterfinals of the three-star tournament in Tokyo on Saturday, but have to wait to keep playing because of a typhoon.

After 2-1 victory over the Japanese team Sayaka Mizoe / Suzuka Hashimoto and a 2-0 win over Jagoda Gruszczynska / Aleksandra Gromadowska of Poland on Saturday won the quarterfinal ticket of the Norwegian duo.

The semifinal must wait until kl. 1.30 night to Sunday Norwegian time due to a typhoon, and the fight against Canadian sisters Nicole and Megan McManara can be postponed further.

The tournament was characterized by heat and changes, and is exposed because Typhoon Jongdari approaches the earth.

Lunde / Ulveseth reports that the organizer has cleared all tents, networking and running on the arena. They also asked all players who are not in the tournament to come home as soon as possible.
