More films confirms Thursday that Coster-Waldau is leading the big international film "Suicide Tourists". The news was published in Variety.

He plays against Tuva Nuvtony, Sonja Ritcher and Norwegian Kaya Wilkins. It's Jonas Alexander Arnby who is the director of the film.

A film recording has been made in recent weeks on Trollstigen. The recordings here ended Wednesday. In addition to Trollstigen and the surrounding area, the film is also performed in Sweden and Berlin.

Coster-Waldau plays the insurance agent Max, whose life is based on one thing: controlling a brain tumor. He eats, does exercise and lives properly, but the self-awareness of the tumor makes him more and more depressed.

– When he realizes that his beloved wife intends to leave him, he decides to commit suicide. But it does not succeed. However, the solution seems close when he discovers that he can register in a suicide hotel. In front of him, however, an adventure awaits to teach Max the joy of living and, of course, the inevitability of death, this can be found on the film page of the Norwegian Film Institute.

Much of the movie's action takes place at the Aurora Hotel, an isolated luxury hotel specializing in suicide.

The film is described as a love story that gives a disturbing psychological awakening on the meaning of existence. The first will take place in Norwegian cinemas in November / December next.
