Oslo Børs has decided today to impose on Sino Agro Food a violation fee of NOK 700 000 for breach of the duty to disclose inside information and other sensitive market information, according to a stock market announcement.
According to the report, the decision can be appealed to the Merkur Market Complaints Committee.
Sino Agro Food down 7.3% to 2.30 dollars on the Merkur market Friday afternoon.
