The fan rages against Ubisoft after the sensor "Rainbow Six: Siege"

(PressFire.no): Ubisoft has decided to remove the "offensive" content of "Rainbox Six Siege" in order to legislate in some Asian countries before the release of the game.

This is especially true in China, which enforces strict laws on content in games.

For example, all the shells of the head will be replaced by regular faces, the blood stains on the walls and slot machines found on some lanes will be removed.

Game icons displaying "violent" content are also replaced. For example, the icon stating that a person is dead is replaced because it contains a skull.

However, the change will not only affect the Asian version, but will also apply to the Western edition. According to Ubisoft, it is only a version of the game.

This explanation fell, however, shortly after the publication of the blog, because in several social network registrations, Ubisoft explains that there will nevertheless be different versions of the game based on the region. This must be addressed by specific local legislation.

"Everything that needs to be done to comply with local laws that affect gaming experience will be added to a separate, regionally locked version, Craig Robinson, Community Manager, on Twitter.

Nevertheless, cosmetic changes will be applicable also in Western countries, "said the company.

Unsurprisingly, fans of the game became very bored by the changes.

On Reddit and Twitter, people who write that they do not support Ubisoft's censorship of the game are numerous and many point out that Tom Clancy is probably turning into a grave that the communist regime controls the emergence of an exit West.

"I will not support you as well as your cowardice with money," writes XeernOfTheLight on Reddit.

– As a faithful "Siege" player since the beta, I'm done with Ubisoft, writing tabz_jpg.

"The changes do not bother me as much as the reason you are doing – you betrayed the principles of a free world to make money," writes RishiTheSage on Twitter.

Many say that they are now boycotting the game, at least to Ubisoft who reverses the changes.
