Filip Ingebrigtsen ran at 17:30 to 5000 meters during a meeting in Heusden on Saturday night. The weather is clear under the EM requirement.

Sandnes's half-brother Ingebrigtsen came straight from the Norwegian record with 3.30.01 in Monaco Friday in Belgium and Heusden where he chased the EM requirement at 13.38. He succeeded with his 13th place in the strong field. The Ethiopian Chala Regassa won on 13.06.68.

Ferdinand Kvan Edman from Sturla recorded a personal best time of 1500 meters with 3.38.64. He became number eight of the poll. The weather is below the 3.39.50 EM requirement and is the ninth best time of a Norwegian man across all ages.
