B2Holding has acquired a portfolio of unsecured and unsecured unsecured loans in Italy from its Italian subsidiary, B2Kapital, according to an announcement on the stock market. The portfolio has a value of 100 million euros.
After the negotiation, B2Holding managed assets of about one billion euros in Italy.
– This transaction strengthens B2Holding's position in the Italian failures market and confirms Olav Dalen Zahl, CEO of B2Holding, said in a statement that he was interested in investing in different asset classes in Italy and further develop the Italian service platform.
