This year's Blizzcon Fair became a dramatic affair when Blizzard unveiled a new Diablo game for iOS and Android. Fans who had hoped for news from Diablo IV or perhaps a new version for PC or console have disappointed, and mobile game developers have been almost chased by the scene.

The Diablo Immortal trailer on YouTube was viewed by more than 425,000 people, compared to 14,000 people. On the social media side, some people say that Blizzard betrayed them. As a result of all this chaos, Blizzard admits they expected negative reactions, but not as bad as they were.
Have more Diablo projects in progress
In an interview with Polygon, Allen Adham Blizzards asked the studio to look at critics as a sign of fans' passion. It also points to previous situations in which players reacted negatively to Blizzard's plans, but where the developer managed to correct the blame.
"We had a pretty similar situation when we unveiled Hearthstone, and if you remember that announcement, the fans were not sure what they were expecting from a digital deck of cards, because we had created other types of games But what we have been doing here for many years at Blizzard is to create different games in different genres and for different platforms. We have been doing this for a long time, and it often starts with some uncertainty before convincing players over time, "said Adham.
In addition to criticizing Diablo Immortal for what they perceive as an inexpensive attempt to make money fast, many fans seem to believe that mobile gaming is paving the way for new Diablo games on PC or console. However, Adham says the studio has several projects underway.
"We said that more Diablo teams were working on several Diablo projects and that's still important – even after the launch of Diablo 3 for Nintendo Switch, Diablo Immortal advertising is still working with several unannounced Diablo projects. This is an important series for us and it will always be so, we love it and hope that fans will understand what we mean when we say it.
In addition, Adham rejects allegations that Diablo Immortal is simply a copy of another mobile game. It promises a real Diablo experience built from the bottom up, but chose not to comment on issues related to the payment model and microtransactions.
Diablo Immortal has no official release date yet.
