Building Newtonrom in nine European countries

At a press conference in London on July 15, it was learned that First Scandinavia and Boeing had agreed to establish Newtonrom in nine European countries .

Five million dollars

Thanks to the agreement with Boeing, First Scandinavia will produce new Newtonrom in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Poland and Sweden.

– It is exciting that a Bodø-based knowledge base is working with one of the largest companies in the world to contribute to a more concrete interest in Europe, says a very satisfied county council chief .

Many choose science

First Scandinavia aims to provide children and young people with good learning and mastering experiences in science, mathematics and technology. This contributes to the fact that more people are choosing science education.

Since 2000, FIRST Scandinavia has developed and implemented concepts and projects in topics of more than 500,000 children and adolescents. FIRST LEGO League Scandinavia (FLL) and Newton are their two largest and most important concepts, where we have ongoing projects in 75 cities.
