– These are tropical nights, they usually arrive at the end of the summer, because the heated water helps to keep the temperature at night, said Berger.
However, while it is hot in most parts of the country, there are no other places that can handle a tropical night until Wednesday.
– Of the official measurements we have, only the Blindern measuring station has had temperatures above 20 degrees throughout the night, Berger said.
