Four military vehicles collided – four Swedish soldiers were injured

The accident happened near Isterfossen in Hedmark on Saturday morning. Everyone involved should be military, the police quoted him as saying.

Air Ambulance

Police reported the accident at 9:38 on Saturday. The collision occurred as part of the ongoing Trident Juncture exercise in Isterfossen south of Lake Isteren.

All the emergency rooms were moved and the county road was closed. One of the four men was damaged in the head and neck and was transported to the Lillehammer Hospital by air ambulance.

The NATO Media Information Center states that the accident is being handled by local authorities and affected countries.

– This is the responsibility of each affected country, and the affected country will make a declaration when circumstances permit, NTT will inform.

The Administration of Roads announced Saturday military columns out of a total of 19 sections Saturday. From Østfold to Trøndelag, there will be columns all day long.

The same message warns of difficult local driving conditions, with insufficiently chilled rains freezing on the ground in both Møre og Romsdal and the Oppland and Hedmark fjords.
