The US-based Nikola Motor Company, which is developing hybrid carriers, said in a press release Monday that it will display its new truck, Nikola Tre, at the Nikola World Fair in Phoenix, US, in April.

The truck, which bears the name "Tre" precisely because it means the number 3 in Norwegian, is electric hydrogen and destined for the European market, the company said in a press release.

"This truck is really sensational and has not done a lot of overtime for Europe," said Nicolas' founder and CEO, Trevor Milton, in a press release.
