On Thursday 1 November, the most attractive employers in Norway were nominated at the Universum Talent Excellence Awards in Oslo. Sopra Steria was the highest ranked IT consulting firm in this year's survey.

Nearly 10,000 high-level university professionals participated in the 2018 Universe Professional survey, which was conducted between June and August of this year. The average age of participants was 36.5 years.

Sopra Steria ranks fourth in the IT part of the measure, behind Google, Microsoft and Finn.no. The consulting firm has climbed four places over last year and has received the industry award "IT Consultancy". The company also climbs a total of 56 seats among the engineers of the award.
