Norwegian Air Shuttle has filed an application for operating authorization (AOC) with the Brazilian National Agency of Civil Aviation (ANAC), reports Saturday the local newspaper Epoca Negócios, according to TDN Direct.
It is currently uncertain where the company will fly, but it is expected that the newspaper will be between Brazilian cities and Europe, and possibly London.
Norwegian director of communications Lasse Sandaker-Nielsen confirms to E24 that Norwegian has applied for a license to fly between the United Kingdom and Brazil.
