Police were informed of a car that had left the road in Skjeberg in Østfold on Friday morning.
"A person has been arrested and his death is confirmed," said the head of operations of the East Police District, Trond Lorentzen.
According to the police, there is no indication that there were other people in the car.
"We do not know exactly when it happened." Nothing indicates that there were more people in the car, Lorentzen said.
