The Ragde Eiendom Group achieved an operating profit of NOK 1.033 billion in 2017, compared with NOK 840.5 million the previous year. The profit from the exercise amounted to NOK 644.6 million, writes Estate
The group had rental income from real estate of NOK 797.9 million in 2017, compared with 554, NOK 2 million last year.
Operating income amounted to 1.39 billion NOK crown in 2017, an increase of NOK 276 million compared to 2016.
Ragde Eiendom had a real estate portfolio at the end of the year NOK 12.6 billion (group). Shareholders' equity was recorded at NOK 2.21 billion. The market value of the properties, minus the minority share, was NOK 16.6 billion.
