The steamboat "Thorolf" was en route to the Fjord team in Bergen, when on Tuesday evening an unpleasant encounter with shear occurred.
DS "Thorolf" hit a tear Tuesday evening, north of Skjerjehamn on Sandøyna in the municipality of Gulen. The lifeboat "Kristian Gerhard Jebsen 2" is on the town and is looking for higher floods to pull the boat out of the boat.

The steamboat is not working well and will be able to sail farther tomorrow, says Petter Anton Stadsnes, president of Thorolf's friends.
– We were heading to the Skjerjehamn wharf and we may have swum too early. There we hit a skier underwater at low speed. The boat is distinguished by the cold, which is plated with steel, says Stadsnes.
There were seven people aboard the ship during the basic noise period. Stadsnes describes the engagement as a bit dramatic.
DS Thorolf currently has a port of call in Langevåg, in the municipality of Sula, and is the oldest wooden ship in Scandinavia.
