A 51-year-old man is sentenced to four years in prison for raping a woman in her twenties while her girlfriend was sleeping next door.

The arbitral award was handed down in a court in Oslo earlier this month, writes NRK. The boyfriend of the woman was employed in the business of the convict. The incident was produced as part of an arrangement organized by the company where all three shared the booth.

The girlfriend slept in a separate room, but after falling asleep, the business owner took her room. There, he scratched the edge of the bed where the insulted woman was asleep before raping her.

According to the judgment, the woman should have woken up during the rape and immediately throw the convict.

The 51-year-old advocate, lawyer Ole Petter Drevland, informed NRK that the client felt that the assembly had been voluntary on the part of the woman and that the verdict was therefore likely to appeal before the Court of Appeal.
