Spotify finally for Apple Watch – Spotify will be coming soon on Apple Watch

[ad_1]

Good news for Apple Watch owners who prefer the Spotify streaming service to Apple Music:

The Verge now announces that Spotify is testing an official app for the Apple smartphone.

Support not disconnected

The official application was first discovered on Reddit, where several people who accessed the trial version shared screenshots of the application.

According to users, the first version will be limited only to the control of reading from the iPhone. It is therefore rather a remote control.

Currently, offline support is not supported, but we hope that it will arrive later.

Uncertain on release

When Spotify is officially ready for Apple Watch, we do not know.

However, The Verge's reporter, Tom Warren, has shared what appears to be a promotional ad for the Twitter app:

Sustainable application

There used to be a third-party application for Spotify for Apple Watch called Snowy, but it should have been purchased by Spotify.

However, an official app will be expected by a number of Apple Watch users. There are many theories as to why this has not been done yet, but Apple and Spotify are known to be major competitors in music streaming.

When Samsung launched its Galaxy Watch earlier this year, an official Spotify app became with Offline support is one of the main benefits of the Apple smartphone.
