Seadrill Partners reports on Wednesday that Tullow Ghana has refrained from appealing the judgment of the English Supreme Court which favored Seadrill Ghana in connection with the early termination of the West Leo contract.
Seadrill Ghana received about $ 248 million Two billion dollars, including interest.
A portion of the proceeds from the termination will be used to prepay a $ 2.8 billion credit facility that was signed in February of this year.
