Precipitation has caused an overload of 41.7 tons. The mistake was that the ship also sailed for a month with fewer goods on board than it could bring.
Hurtigruten can thus repay the State aid received for the transport of goods since the ship has shipped less goods than the aid base.
Hurtigruten now updates the details of weight calculations before the pool is refilled with water.
– We are still working on the details in the calculations and hope to fill the pool as quickly as possible, "says Ege.
