In a new developer's book, Jeff Kaplan talks about a new funkonson that they run and test, namely the Overwatch World Cup Viewer. This spectator mode is currently reserved for the World Cup. It allows you to choose your own viewing angles, regardless of what you receive via eSport Overwatch cameras. The mode also comes with a variety of replay possibilities.
According to Kotaku, the mode is available in an exclusive beta version of PC before the BlizzCon (which will take place on November 2nd and 3rd).
