Tina Turner's eldest son died, reports Variety and several other American media. Craig Raymond Turner was found dead in his own home in Los Angeles.
Tina Turner did not comment on the incident. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the artist's son was declared dead on the spot and he would have probably committed suicide, confirming a spokesman for the police.
Tina Turner, 78, who also has her son Ronnie, 57, was 18 when she had Craig Raymond. The grandfather was his boyfriend then, Raymond Hill, who was a musician. Hill died in 1996.
