Julian Ryerson will probably become the Union Berlin player with the first. The clubs have accepted transfer fees for Lyngdal's 20-year-old midfielder this weekend. He confirms Viking coach Bjarne Berntsen.

Ryerson is now en route to Berlin for medical checkup, and if he passes, he immediately becomes a Union Berlin player, writes Viking on his website.

– The agreement is threefold. We receive a paid sum immediately. Plus, we have a step model with wins by the number of games played, and we got a good resale percentage, so we are happy, said Viking coach, Bjarne Berntsen.

Viking allegedly claimed $ 2.5 million in compensation for education if Ryerson had left the club for free after the season. Now, they get a transfer sum which, according to Berntsen, gives the Viking a better overall package.

Julian Ryerson repeatedly announced that he wanted new challenges. Also this winter it was applicable to other clubs. The English club Oxford wanted to pay 6 million for Ryerson, but the player did not even want to go to a level three club in England.

Julian Ryerson is leaving Berlin to negotiate his personal agreement with the German Premier League club.

Viking earlier this summer has collected two midfield players to help cover Ryerson's disappearance. Johnny Furdal and Ylldren ibrahimaj can go directly to the team and replace Lyngdølen.

– We knew that a sale of Ryerson was a possible outcome in this transition window. Therefore, we have selected two good midfield players to complement those we already have in the club, says Berntsen.
