Two weeks ago, 34-year-old Nauja Heiring Johansen and his 2-year-old son Matheo visited a Fretex store in Trondheim to take a break and play.

Outside, they dropped the bike in Matheo. bike racks. They came in and looked at the store, but when they came out, the bike was gone.

– Then I denied hearing a customer come in and ask for a bike, says Nauja on TV 2.

Nauja asked the service if they had not seen and sold accidentally a green bicycle.

Unfortunately, that was exactly what had happened. A lucky customer had bought Matheo's bike for 50 crowns

– One gets angry and laughs almost a bit, because in some way it was a little comical, says Nauja.

The customer who had bought Matheo's bike had already traveled when the misunderstanding was discovered. Nauja and a Fretex shop employee searched for the customer, but without success

Fretex employee Nauja spoke, saying that the store would replace the motorcycle but that she had to show the receipt first. She did not find the 34-year-old, but she discovered the online store, where the bike was at the same price as last year, when

Nauja was told that the store was not obliged to replace the bike, but that it could return parts of the sum and that something had to be deducted from its value.

– There and then a little caught on the bed. What right should they deduce from the value of using something they have just taken from us? I thought it was incredibly rude and said I did not think it was okay, said Nauja on TV 2.

Received half the price

Nauja did everything she could to take care of Matheo, wondering where her bike was gone and chose to pick up 350 crowns from the store.

– I took it against the money, but I said several times that I did not think it was okay, she said.

Nauja tells Matheo to be very calm when he realized that his motorcycle was gone

– He realized She said, "Where is my bicycle?" , she says.

Despite the assurance of her mother that the bike was discovered, she did not recover and the parents had to get a new bike for the two year old. We bought a new one quite quickly because it's the absolute boyfriend that he has, says Nauja.
