Detroit, Mich. King five-star quarterback Dante moore is listed as the 16th overall player in the country according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. On Saturday, 6-2, the 195-pound class of 2023 will travel to South Bend to see Notre Dame in action against the Cincinnati Bearcats.
This is an important trip for the Fighting Irish coaching team, especially the quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator. Tommy rees. He’s already been around campus and checked out the facilities, so I expect this to be a lot more of a business trip to see exactly how Rees trains his quarterbacks and what the offense against the Bearcats looks like.
Moore was actually in South Bend for a visit in July and loved it. It wasn’t his first trip to Notre Dame and he knew it wouldn’t be his last either.
“I loved it. I arrived late and was quite angry because there was a lot of traffic, but I can only control what I can control. I had a great time there,” said Moore said of this trip. “The food was fabulous. Whoever cooked the food, man, it was just good food. When I got there I did a photoshoot with my offensive lineman, Johnathan slack. My father was up there with me. We had a great time up there. Putting on the gold helmets, it was great. Overall talking to Coach Rees and the rest of the coaching staff was good talking to them. Even though I saw them last month, every time I see them it’s a better feeling.
“Notre Dame is a great school,” he continued. “I’ve always watched college football and it’s a winning program. I’ve always loved Notre Dame. It’s always been a great school. I’ve never had a bad feeling about it. But in the together, I’ve always loved this school and it’s a blessing to be up there. It’s a great school. “
