Graphics card maker Palit has submitted several upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards, including the RTX 3080 Ti, RTX 3050 Ti, RTX 3060, and RTX 3050. All of these graphics cards are expected to launch within months of to come, but new information regarding the postponed nature of the RTX 3080 Ti graphics card has also surfaced in rumor.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, RTX 3050 Ti, RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 graphics cards imminent, submitted to EEC by PALIT
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is the only graphics card in the submitted list that was confirmed prior to the GeForce RTX 30 series launch. This graphics card was rumored to be discontinued, reused, and then delayed. The latest rumors seemed to suggest that NVIDIA will launch the card sometime in January, but that’s no longer the case because at CES the company only confirmed the GeForce RTX 3060 12GB model.
The card’s launch was then suggested in February, although that no longer appears to be the case, so while the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti may launch, we don’t have an exact date for this card. This could be due to a shortage of DRAM and NVIDIA aimed at getting a better supply of existing 30 series cards rather than offering more premium SKUs.
That said, Videocardz spotted several never-before-seen NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series cards, including the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, GeForce RTX 3060 6GB, and GeForce RTX 3050 at EEC. The submission was made by PALIT for its upcoming range. The full list of these cards can be viewed in the table below:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti ‘Rumored’ graphics card specifications
NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3080 Ti FE (Founders Edition) graphics card is expected to feature the PG133-SKU15 PCB design and GA102-250-KD-A1 graphics core. The GA102-250 GPU has also changed since we last saw them and is now exactly the same as the GeForce RTX 3090 with 10,496 CUDA FP32 cores.
As for memory, the card will feature 20 GB of GDDR6X memory. Unlike the 19.5 Gbps speeds of the RTX 3090, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti would retain the same memory speeds as the RTX 3080 at 19 Gbps. Since we are getting a 20 GB bus interface, NVIDIA will use a 320-bit bus interface which equates to a total bandwidth of 760 GB / s. The card’s TGP is set to be the same as the RTX 3080 at 320 Watts. This is absolutely necessary to power the additional cores, so NVIDIA may need to optimize the clocks a bit here.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 ‘Rumored’ graphics card specifications
It is suggested that the GeForce RTX 3060 integrates the GA106-300 GPU which is expected to feature 3,584 FP32 cores out of a total of 28 SM units. The graphics card will use the PG190 part number by card partners which are compatible with both the GA104 and GA106 pins. The 12 GB and 6 GB variants are likely to have the same DRAM specifications clocked at 15 Gbps for a combined bandwidth of 360.0 Gbps.
Since the 12GB variant starts at US $ 329, the 6GB variant is expected to be priced at US $ 279.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti ‘Rumored’ graphics card specifications
Just like the GeForce RTX 3060, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti will also feature the GA106 GPU but a reduced configuration. The card should be based on the PG190 SKU card (stock) which will be different from the 60 variant that the RTX 3060 will use. The GPU is expected to ship with 3,072 FP32 cores for a total of 24 SM units.
The GeForce RTX 3050 Ti will surprisingly come with a 6GB GDDR6 memory interface, which is a significant upgrade over its 4GB predecessors. This suggests a 192-bit bus interface and we can also expect at similar bandwidth numbers the card if it ends up using 15 Gbps memory arrays. The card is expected to cost around US $ 200.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 ‘Rumored’ graphics card specifications
It is suggested that the GeForce RTX 3050 incorporates the GA107-300 GPU which appears to be the most entry-level Amp GPU at this stage in desktop graphics cards. Only time will tell if we’ll see something even lower end like the GA108 GPU, but the RTX 3050 leaves little room for that. The board should have 2304 FP32 cores in a total of 18 SM units and it is suggested to have a 90W TGP.

This would mean that the GeForce RTX 3050 will require an external 6-pin connector to boot, unlike its predecessor, the GeForce GTX 1650, which was 75W TGP compliant and required no plugs to boot in several custom variants. The GeForce RTX 3050 is expected to feature a 128-bit bus interface and up to 4 GB of GDDR6 memory. We are likely to see speeds of 14 Gbps on the card but this is yet to be confirmed. In terms of price, the GeForce RTX 3050 is expected to carry a price under US $ 200 of around US $ 149.

Again, these are rumored specs and could change given NVIDIA’s reaction to upcoming AMD RDNA 2 series ‘Radeon RX 6000’ announcements. The AMD Radeon RX 6700 series graphics cards are also slated for a launch in Q1 2021 and we already know what they will look like and what specs they will offer.
