NVIDIA reportedly prepared the GeForce GTX 1650 Ti eSport Budget GPU

A bombardment of leaks and rumors suggests that NVIDIA is about to unveil a GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card, which will be added to other Turing-based GTX cards that have already been released. In addition, there is now reason to believe that a variant of the GeForce GTX 1650 Ti is also in preparation, with a host of custom models by NVIDIA third party partners ready to use the new part.
All RTX cards have dedicated RT and Tensor cores for real-time ray tracing and super deep sampling learning (DLSS). They are also relatively expensive compared to the cards of the previous generation, if stacked by model numbers (RTX 2080 Ti vs. GTX 1080, for example). NVIDIA may have overestimated the market for high-end RTX cards. It has therefore followed the initial launch with less expensive GTX variants, based on Turing, devoid of real-time ray tracing equipment and DLSS.
These cards are currently composed of GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and GeForce GTX 1660. Soon, NVIDIA should launch a GeForce GTX 1650. This brings us to the GeForce GTX 1650 Ti, which WCCFTech identified in a list to the European Economic Community (EEC).

The EEC list contains several maps based on Turing, RTX and GTX. This list focuses on ASUS brand cards and includes several custom GeForce GTX 1650 Ti cards, such as a GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Dual and a ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1650 Ti.

Specifications are not available, but our best guess is that the Ti variant will use the same TU117 graphics processor as the non-Ti version, only with more CUDA cores and texture units. She may or may not have faster clocks – she would not necessarily need to be a better performing card.

As a reference, rumors indicate that the regular GeForce GTX 1650 has 896 CUDA cores, 56 texture units, 32 ROPs, a boosted clock of 1,486 MHz and a boosted clock of 1,665. It should also arrive with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory on a 128-bit bus.

A GeForce GTX 1650 Ti should obviously exceed these specifications, but it remains to be seen how. It will also be interesting to see if the Ti version is a 75W card, which means that it will draw the necessary power from the PCI Express slot rather than a PCIe power connector.

NVIDIA is expected to launch its GeForce GTX 1650 later this month and could very well launch the Ti version at the same time.
