OBJ is not opposed to the giants

Odell Beckham Jr. had a party on Twitter on Monday night and was shocked by the perception that he was a cancer in the locker room. He also expressed dissatisfaction with New York Giants General Manager Dave Gettleman and his coach Pat Shurmur.

Beckham initially responded to a HotNewHipHop headline suggesting that Gettleman claimed that a "culture problem" had led to his trade. Beckham was dispatched to the Cleveland Browns for first and third round picks and safety Jabrill Peppers last month.

Gettleman recently stated in a NJ.com column that the Giants had a culture problem. He thought that had changed since then.

"Not anymore," says Gettleman.

Beckham seemed to think that it was a specific hit to him as a teammate. He started defending himself after opening the floor on Twitter.

Beckham did not hold back. He referred to some of the comments made by Gettleman before the start of the operation and mentioned a disagreement with Shurmur at the end of the season. Gettleman had repeatedly said that the Giants did not hire Beckham to negotiate. They exchanged it seven months after signing it with a recording contract.

Gettleman's comments did not go unnoticed by the star receiver.

There also seem to be other points of contention, even though Beckham has claimed to be in a good space and to be the happiest he has ever been. This became evident when he said he did not travel with the team or be sidelined for the last four games of the season.

Beckham was sidelined with a quad injury that surprised the team.

Nobody seemed completely banned in Beckham's Twitter storm. There was this veiled reference in response to a video making his tour showing quarterback Eli Manning training with his teammates.

A fan wondered why there were no similar videos while Beckham was a member of the Giants.

Beckham still claims to be restrained.

And he was not happy with the expulsion he received. The giants issued a press release with a statement thanking him for his contributions.

Given all that has happened, there will be no return to the Giants.

The Browns are his new team. Cleveland is his new home.

Beckham insists that he is happy and satisfied despite the Twitter session.
