BEREA, Ohio – Receiver Browns, Odell Beckham Jr. was missing Wednesday for the second day of OTA Volunteers after being introduced for the first day Tuesday.

Wednesday's session is the only one of the week open to the media, which means that people will have no news from Beckham this week about how his off-season has gone so far.

Running back Duke Johnson, who asked to be exchanged, is also absent for a second day in a row. A source told cleveland.com that he intended to participate in OTAs, but he was not sure he would show up for any of the 10 practices over the next three weeks.

Receiver Jarvis Landry, who was here Tuesday, is out to watch his teammates coach but does not participate.

Running back Kareem Hunt will address the media on Wednesday for the first time since his signing by the Browns in February.

Regarding Beckham, coach Freddie Kitchens has often spoken to him about his voluntary OTA project, and he says he is comfortable. The Browns would love to have Beckham here full time, but they will take what they can get, which could be as little as once a week over the next three weeks.

In New York, Beckham participated in about seven of the ten OTAs and Pat Shurmur's additional mini-camp for new coaches. He skipped the kitchens, but the coach said he was not angry at his star catcher.

On Tuesday, Beckham fully participated and captured many passes from Baker Mayfield. Beckham has worked a lot alone in Los Angeles, where he lives mainly off-season.

Hunt, who was captured in video pushing and hitting a woman, is allowed to train with the team until his eight-game suspension starts at the start of the season. The Browns are working with the NFL to see if Hunt can attend the meetings and train at the team's premises during his ban.
