Officials warn of possible COVID exposure at Luke Bryan concert in Michigan after 27 positive tests

FOWLERVILLE, Mich. – Health officials have issued a warning regarding the possibility of exposure to COVID at a Luke Bryan concert in Michigan after 27 people attending the event tested positive.

The outdoor concert took place on September 18 at a farm in Fowlerville, according to the musician’s website.

Livingston County health officials said 27 people who tested positive for COVID attended the concert. As officials investigated these positive tests, they determined that other fans at the concert may have been exposed.

Anyone who has attended the concert is encouraged to receive a COVID test, regardless of their vaccination status, health officials said. They should also wear face coverings in public and watch for signs and symptoms of COVID.

Symptoms can appear 2 to 14 days after exposure to the virus.
