Old man found dead in apartment building with “I Touch Little Girls” written on his chest

A man was found dead in New York’s Staten Island neighborhood on Monday morning with the words “I’m touching little girls” spelled out across his chest.

Two additional messages were found on the man’s body, according to local police. A reading “I take dolls to my room for girls ages 1 to 5” was found written on her stomach, police said. Authorities also found a shorter message on the deceased man’s foot that read “I’m touching.”

Authorities confirmed the contents of the messages and their location on the man’s body for News week after The New York Post reported earlier Tuesday the discovery of the deceased and the messages which the newspaper said were written in black ink on his body.

While local media reported that the deceased man is believed to be between 70 and 80 years old, the New York Police Department (NYPD) has not confirmed his estimated age with News week but identified the body as that of an adult male.

The name of the deceased man was withheld until police could notify his family members, according to The New York Post. His name had not yet been released on Tuesday afternoon, an NYPD spokesperson said. News week.

Police said News week that officers received a call regarding an unconscious individual shortly after 9:30 a.m. local time on Monday. Officers responded to an apartment building northeast of the Silver Lake Reservoir on Staten Island at 256 Corson Ave., an area overseen by the 120th District of the NYPD.

Once there, officers located the unconscious individual, to whom authorities told News week did not respond when they arrived.

The individual was not wearing a shirt when police arrived and was found lying in the hallway on the first floor of the Corson Avenue building, according to WPIX-TV.

the New York Post reported that the man had two black eyes and wounds on his forehead by the time he was found. WPIX-TV also reported that he had facial injuries. Authorities told the station it was not known whether the man’s injuries were the result of an altercation with another person or whether he suffered them during a fall.

No injuries were included in a report Sergeant Edward Riley, a spokesperson for the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information, shared with News week on the deceased.

Medical staff pronounced the man dead in the building after EMS officers and officials assessed the situation, police said News week.

The man’s cause of death should be assessed and identified by the New York City medical examiner, police said. Meanwhile, authorities have said his death is under investigation.
