Olivia Wilde took to Instagram on Monday to praise Harry Styles’ work in his current directorial endeavor, Don’t worry darling. Wilde insisted on creating a level playing field on the set as part of his no a ** holes policy.

She says, “Most male actors don’t want to play a supporting role in movies directed by women.” From singer Styles, who stars in the Florence Pugh character-centric film, she observed, “Not only did he appreciate the opportunity to allow the brilliant @florencepugh to take center stage as our ‘Alice’, but he infused every scene with a sense of humanity.

The praise for Styles comes after replacing Shia LaBeouf in the film last fall.

The director had previously praised Pugh, calling him “the director’s dream” and praising his “Tom Cruise + Meryl skills” on the project.

Wilde posted another photo of herself with DP Matthew Libatique on Sunday that appeared to indicate the photo was complete.

Don’t worry darling stars Pugh, Styles, Chris Pine, KiKi Layne, Gemma Chan and Nick Kroll with Wilde in a supporting role. The film has a screenplay by Carey and Shane Van Dyke which was rewritten by Wilde’s Booksmart partner Katie Silberman.
