The OnePlus Buds series offers some very affordable and good enough headphones for owners of OnePlus smartphones. Now the brand has directly confirmed that they are working on a third installment in the series with the OnePlus “Buds Pro”, and you can test them early as well.
On its “Lab”, OnePlus released two new devices for the first user tests before their launch. This first includes the Nord 2, which is scheduled to launch on July 22. The other device is called “Buds Pro,” an unannounced pair of headphones that OnePlus is apparently working on.
OnePlus doesn’t really tease the “Buds Pro” beyond the potential name, but that name in itself is telling. Most likely, these would include features like active noise cancellation, just like the “Pro” headphones from Apple and Samsung.
Applications are accepted today through July 17 for the first Buds Pro and North 2 testing. Interested applicants are asked to provide their contact details, community username, country, age, the current headphones and a few other key details.
